This work deals with the notion of mediation in the context of shepherding and sheep dog trials. Following the preparation and documentation stage, attention is given over to the creation and production of various devices. Within the project, special importance is given to, on the one hand, the shape of the flocks and on the other, the technologies that make the shepherding and the commentary possible: from the dogs themselves to the television broadcasts of the trials.

Within the setting of the International Sheep Dog Trials of Oñati, the aim is to try to implement a device. For this we will try to develop a system which records, processes and interprets the movements and interactions of the figures in the trial field. In search of scientific fiction, the objective of this project is to create an analytical instrument which offers a true image to represent an event.
